From a report of the Public Relations Department of Cultural Heritages, Handicrafts and Tourism Administration of South Khorasan, Mr. Ramazani the Director General of Cultural Heritage Administration of the County thanked for the cooperation and support of the Governor of Khousf in Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism, which led to the Administration and offered a brilliant career in the Town of Khousf.

Is the second file which was introduced to UNESCO to be record on the Natural Heritage List.
The Director General of Cultural Heritages, Handicrafts and Tourism Administration of South Khorasan, referring to the existence of the Amaryllis Flower in the Cities of Shiraz, Behbahan and Khousf said: "Originality and more properties are in the Amaryllis Flowers of Khousf".
Mrs. Zahra Malakouti said: "The Amaryllis Flower bulbs were exported to other parts of the Silk Road and the plains of Khousf are covered with Amaryllis Flowers which gave the perfume and beauty and durability unsurpassed to the Desert of this County".
The Expert for recording Natural Heritages of the Cultural Heritage Administration of South Khoprasan said: "The oldest fields of the Amaryllis Flowers of South Khorasan are now owned by the Town of Khousf. The Amaryllis Flowers of this town compared with the same Amaryllis Flowers is unique in the Country and in terms of quality and lasting fragrance ranks highest in the Country and is one of the exports products of the County".
She pointed out that the Amaryllis Flowers of Khousf in May of this year were recorded on the National Natural Heritage List and the Amaryllis Flowers of Khousf are now to be recorded globally as well as the people of Khousf look to their Amaryllis Flowers spiritually.
