The Assistant of Tourism, Investment and Recourses of the Cultural Heritage Administration of South Khorasan, funds allocated to Tourism projects in the County from the credit of article 180 was low in the five year program of development in Islamic Republic of Iran in 1394 has been announced.

The Overseas Media Network Team "Press TV" and "Hispan TV" traveled to South Khorasan from the 17th December, 2015 for a period of 10 days to Document the Tourist Attractions of the County.

A Group of 9 French Tourists entered the County on 10th to 11th December, 2015 using 4 cars (4.W.D).

The Supervisor of the Cultural Heritages, Handicrafts and Tourism Agency gave information that the five Old Cypress Trees have been recorded on the National Natural Heritage List of the Country and said: “The Cypress Tree of the Village of Estand, the Cypress Tree of the Village of Mohammad Abad, the Cypress Tree of the Village of Moulid, the Cypress Tree of the Village of Esfad and the Cypress Tree of the Village of Shirg are the five Old Cypress Trees which have recently been recorded on National Natural Heritage List of the Country”.

Archeological Earthen Pottery from the Islamic era has been cleaned, preserved and strengthened at the Restoration Lab of the Administration of Cultural Heritages, Handicrafts and Tourism of South Khorasan.

The Meeting of the Eco Tourism Committee was held with the attendance of the Director General of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization, a Group of Officials, the Fund Manager of Kar Afarin e Omid and the Activists of the Eco Tourism Section of the County at the Conference Room of the Cultural Heritage Administration.
