Boshrooyeh Desert

The Boshrooyeh Desert is approximately 100 km long and with an average width of 30 km, from the East of Boshrooyeh where it begins and continues to the South of Kashmar.

There elevation, geomancy, rippled dunes, salt-friendly plants, vast salt plains and fields, lush bushes and the permanent river of Shour, and the Tagh Forest, have created plains of wetlands and a dynamic habitat for species of the Kangaroo Rat, the exceptional horned viper, Houbara Buzzard, and a variety of reptiles from the Lizard species. In addition, from the geological point of view there is an area of green “tuff” volcanic rock and igneous rocks such as Quartzite and Basalt in some parts of this amazing wonder useful to researchers. The mentioned areas make up a large area of land. This is the best place for the undertaking of two different car rallies and motorcycle rallies. The areas with sandy dunes and excellent views are an evocative location for desert trekking conferences.
On the Map of Iran, the location between Ferdows and Tabass is located 33 degrees North and 57 degrees East.
